Drafting and planning: Feedback from Teacher on First Draft

Over the half term my teacher had time to sit down and look at everybody's first draft of their media coursework. On our return on the first week back we were given comments and feedback from him. This is what he had to say about mine.

  • Overall i get it, its a taken type story
  • Very promising and has the feel of a trailer
  • somewhere at the beginning you could have an inter-title for example ''from the creators of ...''
  • Also inter-titles on the whole should be used
  • Underneath the Mushroom cloud doesn't roll of the tongue what about Under The cloud?
  • Music should be only 14 seconds long maximum
  • Add in the credits at the end of the trailer.
  • finish shooting
So know that i have this information i can now move ahead and make the necessary changes i need to to make the trailer the best it can be. Overall i was very happy with the comments i got back and i knew the reasoning behind the comments which only made them better for my project overall.
